02 Conceptual Phase
Phase Details
​- Discuss the project with the client to fully understand the client's wants & needs.
- 100% Design the project scope:

Sketch on BASE PLANS to create a logical goal for the design

Discuss materials & aesthetics
- Discuss approx. costs based on design to lock in budget and scope​

Duration: 45 - 120 minutes
Appointment Conclusion
Budget Set, Design Goal Set, Sketches Completed, & Project Ready for Pricing. 3rd Phase Scheduled.​

THIRD APPOINTMENT
03 Final Review Phase
Phase Details
​- Review the FINAL CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS with client
- Create a list of revisions if any
- Discuss the complete proposal:

Review all pricing

Review all materials

Review all terms & conditions

Review warranties & misc.
- Send Client the completed design, plans, and proposal​

Duration: 45 - 120 minutes
Appointment Conclusion
Design Completed to Client's Liking, Proposal Sent, & Ready for Approval / Project Start.​
