Insurance Documents
State Mandated Corp Bond
As a licensed contractor, we carry a contractor's bond. This bond is like a financial guarantee that we will follow all the rules and building codes when we work on your project. If we make a mistake that violates these rules and causes you financial harm, you can file a claim against our bond. If the claim is valid, the company that issued the bond will compensate you for your loss, up to the bond's limit. This protects you and ensures we do our job correctly and ethically.
General Liability Insurance
We have general liability insurance. This insurance protects you and your property while we are working on your project. If an accident happens on the job site and someone is injured, or if your property is accidentally damaged because of our work, our general liability insurance will cover the costs. This means you won't be held responsible for medical bills, repair costs, or legal fees that might result from such accidents. It's our way of ensuring that you are protected financially throughout the project.
Workers Compensation
We carry workers' compensation insurance, which is important for both our employees and you. If one of our workers gets injured while working on your project, this insurance covers their medical expenses and lost wages. This protects our employees, ensuring they receive proper care without financial hardship. It also protects you because you won't be held liable for medical bills or other costs related to a worker's injury on your property. It's a safety net that ensures everyone is protected if an accident happens.

3 Day Right To Cancel Form
Your legal right in the state of California allows for a 3 day right to recession from any agreement or contract signed with Sanctuary Design & Build. Within your agreement are instructions on how to cancel, a formal notice will need to be sent to us if you need a sample formal letter to send to us simply download the form here, fill it out, and either physically mail or email it to us via the instructions on the form to cancel your agreement!
