Consultation
The initial consultation appointment runs approx. 30 minutes - 1.5 hours depending on the complexity of the project.
1st Appointment
(In-Person)
During this meeting the consultant will:
Gather all information needed to provide you a comprehensive and inclusive proposal.
Measure the property to calculate your costs accurately.
Bring you any samples you request to ensure materials and details are selected accurately including reviewing with you our SanguisOS Lumina School & Studio to assist in picking out materials and colors.
Review with you and educate you on all relevant information in regards to your project.
2nd Appointment
(Virtual or In-Person)
During this meeting the consultant will:
Review with you the proposal, design, and all terms to clearly breakdown the company proposed project. At the finale of the appointment an estimate will be sent for your review!
Build
Once:
The scope of the project have been gathered and noted
The client has been fully educated on their construction process
All details/materials/textures/colors have been agreed to.
Our expert installation team will begin permitting if needed and the build process to bring your dream to reality!
