• Book online: Enter your address, choose areas (e.g., front/backyard, interior, full exterior, or interior + exterior), and pay for the base package.

• Want to talk first? Schedule a free consultation to discuss your project.

• Add-ons (like 3D renderings) are billed after the consultation, if needed.

Step 1:

Initial Consultation (Virtual)

• What Happens: We meet virtually to discuss your goals, style, and budget, and plan measurements.

• Why It Matters: We align the design with your vision.

• Time: 30-45 minutes.

Step 2:

Measurements & Design (Virtual)

• What Happens: Send us a simple sketch of your space before Step 2 (we provide an example), or opt for our assisted measurements. We collaborate virtually to pick materials, colors, and layouts on the second step!

• Why It Matters: Creates a practical, personalized design.

• Time: ~1 hour.

Step 3:

Design Presentation (Virtual)

• What Happens: Review your to-scale 2D site plan and detailed 2D design with clear notes. Get unlimited revisions within scope and engineering documents.

• Why It Matters: You get contractor-ready plans for your project.

• Time: 45-60 minutes.

Base Package Includes

• To-scale 2D site plan of your current space.

• Detailed 2D design plans with notes for construction.

• Basic engineering/planning support.

• Unlimited revisions within scope.

Optional Add-Ons

• 3D Renderings ($450-$1,500): Realistic 3D visuals matching 2D plans, with unlimited revisions.

• Enhanced Support ($500): Material lists and 1-on-1 contractor guidance.

• Assisted Measurements ($350-$750): We measure for you—exterior nationwide or interior/exterior within 100 miles of Orange County, CA.
