- This Glendale commercial roofing project involved a complete roof replacement and HVAC platform installation. Sanctuary Design & Build installed a new torch down asphalt bitumen cool roof featuring the POLYFRESKO brand. We also constructed new HVAC platforms for all roof condensers, ensuring proper support and stability. The project included new decking and rolled BATTS insulation for enhanced energy efficiency and building performance.
